How Galen became Six Million Dollars Green

I started my real estate journey when I was employed as a computer technician. I spent my spare time learning about real estate by attending courses, reading informational books, and working with real estate professionals in my market.

While servicing a call one day, I noticed an assessor’s map on a table. Having spent the last several months learning and mastering my market, I quickly realized a shift in location could be quite profitable for the client. Finishing the job I was sent out to complete, I took a moment to discuss with the client an alternate location. The client told me that I was too new to real estate and expressed their concern by stating, “You’re too green.” But moving the project about 15 miles from its current projected development better positioned the project to be more lucrative. The client consulted with other industry experts and it was concluded that it was indeed sound advice. The result was an additional two million dollars revenue in and profitability for the project and the developers. The initial projections for the project were around four million dollars. Thus I became known, as “Six million dollars green“.
